Bafang and AIMA, as strategic partners, have collaborated to develop a proprietary motor exclusively for the Santa Monica. This motor not only delivers 750W of power but is also meticulously designed to cater to the attributes of the Santa Monica city commuter. Engineered to be lightweight and compact, it achieves a harmonious balance between power and portability, resulting in a relatively lighter overall weight for the bike. Hence, we've named it the Route 66, inspired by the iconic highway spanning the United States, connecting inland and sea.
